In-House Reconditioning

M40/M41 Gearbox
New bearings, needle rollers, synchro-springs, seals & gaskets throughout. If required we can replace synchro cones, and layshaft.

Overdrive
Reconditioned in the Midlands.
Competition overdrives are also available with uprated linings, pump, relief valve etc...

Steering Box
New bearings and seals.

Cylinder Head (unleaded)
New valves, springs & guides; hardened exhaust seats.
Gas flowed heads are also kept in stock, giving 10-15% more power & torque.

Engine
Unleaded head; new Mahle pistons.
Camshaft, bearings & followers replaced.
Crankshaft reground, new shell bearings; new fibre timing gears.
Oil pump replaced; neoprene crankshaft seal conversion.
New oil pressure switch
